Where'd the Time Go?

Joe's 5th birthday is coming up at the end of the week and I've been reflecting a lot on how much he's changed since his birth.  Tonight, Joe really surprised my Mom and I at church when he read the word "cat" by himself.  He then proceeded to read 5 more words: bat, top, sit, dog, mop.  What happened to my newborn who finally slept through the night at 6 months, my baby that didn't roll over until 9 months, my toddler that said "hoggot" for hotdog? 
It was bittersweet...
